Overview
We are strongly committed to safeguarding privacy on our website. We operate under the following set of strict privacy principles for every contracted client: The only information we obtain is what's needed to process transactions. Unless it's already available, or falls under the F.O.I.A. that information is never sold for any reason, without your prior acknowledged consent, and/or court ordered to do so. All information used is covered under Fair Use.
Cookies
Each time you log into our site, we store a temporary “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. This cookie is used during your online session to allow you access to the client’s area, without repeatedly requiring you to re-enter your username and password. Whenever you log off or leave the site, the cookies file is automatically removed. Please also note: Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website. Private Forums
We may provide our visitors with a multi-tiered message board that makes sharing information with others easy. To protect your privacy when posting or replying to messages in the message board, your personal information and email is not revealed. However, remember that any information that you disclose in the message board areas can be read by all others, so exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We employ strict security measures to safeguard online transactions; personal information is stored in a secured database and is always sent via an encrypted Internet channel.
Choice/Opt-In
Our site gives users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us. You can be assured that we never sell, or make available your email address to anyone for any purpose, without your prior acknowledged consent, and/or court ordered to do so. 2ACC™ is a d/b/a of Nomad Church, Inc (46-1137369) which is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization. The following terms and conditions govern all use of the 2ACC™ (and any and all other websites, media, social media, and items, merchandise, and events associated with 2ACC) website and all content, services events, and products available at or through the website (taken together, the Website). The Website is owned and operated by 2ACC ("2ACC"). At no time do we promote, or condone violence of any kind. We are law abiding citizens, and encourage everyone to follow the law. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, 2ACC's Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by 2ACC (collectively, the “Agreement").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by 2ACC, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website, Products, Transactions, Events, Services, and Contests are intended for adults only, who are at least 18 years of age or older. Restrictions apply, void where prohibited.
- Your 2ACC.org Account and Site. You hereby agree not to disclose any information you learn from the 2ACC. You understand the 2ACC may suffer irreparable damages from you disclosing information learned of/from the 2ACC, and agree and are bound not to disclose it for any reason. If you create a blog/site on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and blog, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the blog. You must not describe or assign keywords to your blog in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and 2ACC may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause 2ACC liability. You must immediately notify 2ACC of any unauthorized uses of your blog, your account or any other breaches of security. 2ACC will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
- Responsibility of Contributors. If you operate a blog, comment on a blog, post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, "Content"), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:
- the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;
- if your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either (i) received permission from your employer to post or make available the Content, including but not limited to any software, or (ii) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Content;
- you have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms;
- the Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content;
- the Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
- the Content is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
- your blog is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs and web sites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods;
- your blog is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your blog's URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own; and
- you have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by 2ACC or otherwise.
- By submitting Content to 2ACC for inclusion on your Website, you grant 2ACC a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your blog. If you delete Content, 2ACC will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, 2ACC has the right (though not the obligation) to, in 2ACC's sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in 2ACC's reasonable opinion, violates any 2ACC policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in 2ACC's sole discretion. 2ACC will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid. - Payment and Renewal.
- General Terms.
- All transactions are strictly on a donation basis only, no exceptions. From time to time you may receive a free gift for your donation. By making a selection, you agree to pay 2ACC the one-time, monthly, and/or annual fee(s) indicated (additional payment terms may apply). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. All payments and transactions are As-Is, Final, No Refunds, No Returns, No Credits, and No Exchanges of any kind, regardless of circumstances. Paper targets work best when affixed to a proper backing. Graphics are for entertainment purposes only, and not true to scale. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) images are generated using proprietary software. Some targets contain Hit Zones, which may purposely not be visible at a distance. Images may be different from items actually received. Certain objects may appear blurry or out of focus, this is intentional and not a design flaw. For compliance, all of our humanlike designs are either Masked, Zombies, Faceless, Silhouettes, or Fictitious. Resemblance to anyone living or deceased, is purely coincidental. Check your local regulations before ordering. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Shipping times are just estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays or issues once an order is placed. If local delivery only is available, 2ACC must approve in writing, and designate a time and location prior to you placing the order. 2ACC reserves the right to reject, and/or return any transaction for any reason. Donations will be allocated at our sole discretion.
- GoGo. Our Give one Get one initiatives utilize a portion of donated funds to match the number of items, and give them to educational institutions of our choice. This initiative is only valid when funds are available, the designated threshold is reached within the allotted time period, and while supplies last. Restrictions apply, void where prohibited.
- Automatic Renewal.
- Unless you notify 2ACC before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to 2ACC in writing.
- Services.
- Fees; Payment. By signing up for a Services account you agree to pay 2ACC the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services. 2ACC reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Services can be canceled by you at anytime on thirty (30) days written notice to 2ACC.
- Support. If your service includes access to priority email support. "Email support" means the ability to make requests for technical support assistance by email at any time (with reasonable efforts by 2ACC to respond within one business day) concerning the use of the VIP Services. "Priority" means that support takes priority over support for users of the standard or free 2ACC.org services. If you're expecting a response, please allow 3 business days. All support will be provided in accordance with 2ACC standard services practices, procedures and policies.
- Responsibility of Website Visitors. 2ACC has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material's content, use or effects. By operating the Website, 2ACC does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. The Website may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. The Website may also contain material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. 2ACC disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use by visitors of the Website, or from any downloading by those visitors of content there posted.
- Content Posted on Other Websites. We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which 2ACC.org links, and that link to 2ACC.org. 2ACC does not have any control over those non-2ACC websites and webpages, and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-2ACC website or webpage, 2ACC does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. 2ACC disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non-2ACC websites and webpages.
- Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy. All content is original, or derived from royalty free resources. As 2ACC asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by 2ACC.org violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify 2ACC in accordance with 2ACC's Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy. 2ACC will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. 2ACC will terminate a visitor's access to and use of the Website if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of 2ACC or others. In the case of such termination, 2ACC will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to 2ACC.
- Intellectual Property. This Agreement does not transfer from 2ACC to you any 2ACC, or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with 2ACC. 2ACC, 2ACC.org, the 2ACC.org logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, copyrights, graphics, logos, and curriculum used in connection with 2ACC.org, or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of 2ACC, or 2ACC's licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any 2ACC or third-party trademarks. If you appear on any 2ACC publications, websites, social media, or other media outlets, you hereby release all rights and do so voluntarily and without compensation. All information submitted, or obtained, is protected under Fair Use, and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
- Advertisements. 2ACC reserves the right to display advertisements on your blog unless you have purchased an ad-free account.
- Attribution. 2ACC reserves the right to display attribution links such as 'Blog at 2ACC.org,' theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar.
- Partner Products. By activating a partner product (e.g. theme) from one of our partners, you agree to that partner's terms of service. You can opt out of their terms of service at any time by de-activating the partner product.
- Domain Names. If you are registering a domain name, using or transferring a previously registered domain name, you acknowledge and agree that use of the domain name is also subject to the policies of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), including their Registration Rights and Responsibilities
- Changes. 2ACC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement with or without notice, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2ACC may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Termination. 2ACC may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your 2ACC.org account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a paid services account, such account can only be terminated by 2ACC if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from 2ACC's notice to you thereof; provided that, 2ACC can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
- Disclaimer of Warranties. The Website is provided "as is". 2ACC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither 2ACC nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.
- Limitation of Liability. In no event will 2ACC, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to 2ACC under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. 2ACC shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
- General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the 2ACC Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2ACC, its partners, its sponsors, its contractors, its vendors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. You understand any and all information provided by 2ACC is for entertainment purposes only. We are not medical, or legal professionals, and at no time are authorized to give advice.
- Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between 2ACC and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of 2ACC, or by the posting by 2ACC of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the home district where the 2ACC headquarters is located, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in the 2ACC jurisdiction. Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights (which may be brought in any competent court without the posting of a bond), any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. ("JAMS") by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such Rules. The arbitration shall take place in jurisdiction of the 2ACC headquarters, in the English language and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; 2ACC may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
- Presentations. For Bookings, Speakers, Guest Appearances, and Presentations (in either MAC keynote, PC powerpoint, in-person, or virtual), are for a maximum of 30 minutes
- Retailers. 2ACC authorizes approved Retailers to market and resell certain Products to end-users. This authorization is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to compliance set forth by 2ACC. You hereby acknowledge you’re an authorized representative of the Retailer, and allowed to enter into this legally binding agreement on its behalf. Selection, Assignment, and/or Termination for any reason are at the sole discretion of the 2ACC.
- Compliance: The Retailer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when marketing, selling, and distributing the Products.
- Marketing and Sales: The Retailer shall use its best efforts to positively promote and sell the Products. The Retailer may use 2ACC’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials without alterations, solely for the purpose of promoting the Products, subject to the 2ACC’s prior written approval. The Retailer grants permission to the 2ACC to use their trademarks, logos, likeness, information, and marketing materials.
- Customer Support: The Retailer shall provide first-line support to its customers for the Products.
- No Alteration: The Retailer shall not modify, alter, or rebrand the Products in any way.
- Pricing: The Retailer will receive prepaid products in bulk from 2ACC at special retailer only prices (subject to change), but 2ACC will provide the Retailer with a manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP). The Retailer agrees not to sell the Products for more, or less than the MSRP. Products will never be sent to Retailers on consignment.
- Risk of loss and title to the Products shall pass to the Retailer upon pick up, or delivery of the Products. No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Returns, and No Credits will be granted. All transactions are As-Is, and final.
- Confidentiality: The Retailer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed by 2ACC in connection with this Agreement, including without limitation, product pricing, customer information, and trade secrets. The Retailer shall not use such information for any purpose other than performing its obligations under this Agreement.
- Fundraisers. Fundraisers are conducted within the strict regulations of our governing authority. No purchase necessary. Through prior written agreements (which may include a 1099), the 2ACC may select entities to sponsor Fundraisers with the proceeds to benefit our initiatives. If you're making a time sensitive donation to help raise funds, we require a minimum of at least 60 days prior to the date for proper promotion. Sponsoring organizations agree to Advertise and Promote 2ACC fundraisers in a positive manner. Fundraising programs include but are not limited to:
- Raffles: One ticket equals one entry. Some Raffles are on a Time Duration, while others remain open until a Fundraising Goal is achieved. Prizes change after winners are announced. Prizes may differ from pictures and/or descriptions. The 2ACC is not responsible for prizes, or lost raffle tickets. It’s the participants responsibility to secure their ticket(s) for the raffle duration. Once a winner is selected, said winner must confirm electronically within 24 hours to the 2ACC directly via the means provided in accordance with the raffle software, or winnings will be forfeited (no exceptions). Prizes must be picked up, or shipped within 24 hours of winner’s confirmation, or winnings will be forfeited (no exceptions). Tax, Title, Registration, Shipping, Delivery, Expenses, Fees, and all other surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winner. Only valid in the continental United States of America. The Fundraiser Sponsor will be considered as a Fundraising Consultant, and may be entitled to receive up to 30% of the net proceeds for the prior written agreed upon duration of the designated raffle. Restrictions apply, void where prohibited. No Refunds, No Transfers, No Credits, No Exchanges, and No Monetary Value.
- Target Sponsorships: The 2ACC may designate one target to an organization or cause which may receive up to 30% of the net proceeds (not to exceed $1) for a max term of one year.
Payouts may also be subject to Processing and Handling fees. The supporting organization also agrees to advertise the 2ACC’s products and/or services. The 2ACC is not responsible for stock, availability, or other restrictions. You hereby grant the 2ACC permission to utilize your Trademarks, Copyrights, Logo’s, and Likeness. The 2ACC reserves the right for Selection, Assignment, Payout, and/or Termination at their sole discretion, for any reason.
